The west gate entrance (only) automatically opens and remains open until power is restored, at which time the gates resume normal operation.

I am interested in installing a fence around my property. Whom do I need to contact for approval and a copy of the Moore Pond Building Codes?

The approval process is handled by the Moore Pond Homeowners Association ACC Committee. The Architectural Review Process can help you understand the neighborhood building codes for Moore Pond.

I have a concern about our community. With whom should I speak?

The Board of Directors welcomes your input. All meetings of your association board are open meetings. Residents who wish to address the board are welcome to email or call any of the Board members or address the Board at the beginning of one of the Board's business meetings.

I have a nice photograph taken in the Moore Pond neighborhood I'd like to see added to the rotating set of photos on the website's home page. How can I accomplish this?

What are the homeowner association fees? What does the money go toward and how often do we pay the fee?
