Dues
The Assessment fee for 2024 will be $1,127.00 for 'A' and 'B' Lot owners. (Fees received after March 1st will be considered late and will be assessed an additional $50). The fees pay for Gate and Entrance maintenance; mowing along the drainage, access and utility easements; lake maintenance and one neighborhood party per year. The road was resurfaced about 9 years ago and should not need redoing for another 5 years. However, the HOA has a policy of putting aside monies so that when the time comes to repave the road there will be sufficient funds on hand to pay for resurfacing without imposing a surcharge on residents.
